At My Boho Paws, we want you (and your pets) to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the item and packaging

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they ship

If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible
