Returns Policy

At My Boho Paws, we want you (and your pets) to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  • Please contact us at mybohopaws@gmail.com

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • We’ll guide you through the next steps


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed before they ship

  • If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
