When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery may take longer due to customs.
Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is enabled at checkout, we can ship to your country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery (unless marked final sale). To start a return, email us at

Can I exchange an item?
If we have the item in stock, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Email us with your order number and what you’d like instead, and we’ll confirm the next steps.
My order arrived damaged—what do I do?
Please email mybohopaws@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
I entered the wrong address—can you change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it. Email us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help but cannot guarantee changes.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Email us immediately with your order number. Once shipped, we can’t cancel—please follow the return process after delivery.
How do I care for my item?
For best results: spot clean gently with mild soap and water, air dry, and avoid harsh chemicals or high heat. If your product has specific care instructions, follow the label/card included.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Sometimes! The best way to hear about new drops and special offers is to join our email list (if available on the site).
